Bridging SIMRS and VClaim BPJS

Starting in 2018, BPJS has implemented a digital claim verification process for advanced level health facilities. This is done so that hospitals that work with BPJS can get certainty about claim payment times in a more accurate and faster manner, compared to using manual claims.

But from the Hospital side, this is a challenge in itself because the human resources at the Hospital are required to use the system that has been provided by BPJS, namely VClaim of course, with the many services that must be claimed, it requires input into the VClaim system.

For convenience and efficiency, a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is needed which is integrated with the BPJS V Claim system, the Ktechnology Health Care System already supports bridging services to BPJS V Claims of course with integration / bridging can minimize wrong data input, optimize processing time and can provide effectiveness to the workload in the Hospital, along with the appearance of the BPJS Bridging V Claim Module.

For patient data input, BPJS has been integrated with the Registration Module, so there is no need to re-enter patient data, services received and so on.

Our V Claim Bridging Module features are in accordance with the V Claim system features provided by BPJS, so that it can meet all claims needs, these major features include:
1. Reprint failed SEPs when creating SEPs in the registration module.
2. Create SEP for patients receiving ER services.
3. Create, see the referral letter made by another health facility (clinic).
4. BPJS data mapping, this feature will adjust the coding used in hospitals and BPJS V Claims
5. Configuration - the configuration required by VClaim is already available in our SIMRS admin section.
