Queuing systems are a requirement that must be met in a business, especially businesses in the field of services such as hospitals, banks and others, of course the queue will affect the efficiency of company services, especially in terms of time. For hospitals to improve the quality of service to the community, it is time for a hospital to be equipped with a queuing application to handle patients who often have to queue long to get medical services.

The queue system that we have is mainly adapted to the needs of an ongoing business, for now our queuing system has features including:

  1. the dashboard menu displays queue recapitulation.
  2. The list of departments that can be filled with data is unlimited.
  3. Management counter/teller which can be filled according to the existing amount.
  4. System user management, to use system authentication and authorization.
  5. SMS gateway / WhatsApp gateway, can be used to communicate with customers via SMS/via WhatsApp
  6. Can be accessed online and integrated with third party applications.
  7. A queue token that can be interrogated with a queue tool.
  8. Display settings, displays can be adjusted to the desired layout to be displayed and seen by customers.
