BPJS Health claims are made easier with V-claims

Starting in 2018, BPJS has implemented a digital claim verification process for advanced level health facilities. This is done so that hospitals that work with BPJS can get certainty about claim payment times in a more accurate and faster manner, compared to using manual claims. Digital verification can be done using the BPJS Kesehatan V-claim application. This application is connected online nationally, and functions to assist in the data input process for JKN-KIS participants, who will receive services at the hospital. Apart from that, the V-claim application will also send service billing data from the hospital to BPJS Kesehatan digitally.

Queuing up to get health services, especially at health facilities that work with BPJS, has been a scourge in itself. So many participants who want to get services at the same time, can hamper the consultation time with the doctor. But, you dont have to worry. Now, BPJS Kesehatan has issued an online queuing program. You can download the Mobile JKN application, to queue online. After registering an account, you can simply click on the service section, then a service registration message will appear. If your level 1 health facility is registered to queue online, you won't have to wait long when you arrive at the clinic or hospital. Because, you already get a queue number in advance. You can also plan a visit to a clinic or hospital, so you don't have to wait too long. Thus, the treatment process can be more practical and save time.
